Hickey Law’s principal is Julian Hickey who was called to the Bar in 1995 and has worked as a partner at several major City and West End law firms.
Julian is a highly experienced London Barrister, specialising in contentious disputes. Julian also specialises in tax matters, which provides him with a unique insight into the use of partnerships and other business structures for investment, trading and other activities (and the disputes that arise in this context).
Prior to joining the Bar, Julian was a partner in several leading City law firms. He is uniquely placed to understand many of the issues that arise from the formation and ongoing management of a partnership. Julian advises corporations and private individuals. He is a seasoned litigator, and he is happy advising on complex document heavy cases (often involving multiple parties).
